I just finished my W30 and now I am trying to pinpoint what is causing morning diarrhea. I suspect raw veggies and or coffee.

Today I had:

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with italian pork sausage, bokchoy, sweet potato. Black coffee

Lunch: Pork roast wrapped in butter lettuce and 1/4 avocado and banana

Dinner: Pork roast stir fry with red peppers, green onion, celery and mushrooms with watermelon salad and black olives

Had a 5am start this morning so no BM plus I got my period.

I weighed myself after W30 and I am at 142.8. I haven't weighed under 145 for over a year. Very exciting plus I think all the weight I lost was from fat because I look better than I have in a long time and pants are fitting better not so much of a muffin top to hang over.

Symptoms: period stuff and loose bm

M1: Pork sausage, red peppers, avocado and mushrooms with 3 eggs scrambled and some blueberries. Black coffee

M2: Mixed lettuce salad with avocado, black olives raw pepitas and sunflower seeds, red pepper and hard boiled egg.

M3: Tilapia fillet with sauteed broccoli and sweet potato
