jolik9 Posted May 6, 2015 Share Posted May 6, 2015 Hi All, I'm on day 2 of my second Whole30. I did it last May as well. I lost weight and felt really good. Over the year, the weight crept back on. First time was back in April. the experience was proof it works and the time between taught me how much I needed to really get things settled. On my slo-roll reintro now.
