Day 4!

Day 4 already! I am doing good. I miss my half and half and stevia in my coffee, and soda lol. 


It has been 4 days and my body already is feeling the changes.  My energy levels are better, I don't feel tired during the day anymore, and I haven't have any headaches. 


My breakfast consist of 4 eggs, kale and some fruit. I am trying to have 3 more meals during the day, all of them including a nice portion of greens. My bad day was yesterday, I think. I had and orange, 2 apples, and 2 lemons. I don't think you are supposed to have that much fruit, but I was on the road all day long and that was something healthier to snack on.

Mike...maybe you can find some compliant jerky for your next road trip.  The fruit sugars will give you blood sugar hikes, lows and maybe even leave you light headed.  Protein, more protein and roasted vegetables with good fats.

Happy that you are feeling results already on Day 4!  Keep in going!


If you are on the road a lot maybe consider taking some compliant foods in a cooler.


Some random ideas:

Boiled eggs

Canned tuna, salmon or sardines

Egg "Muffins" - these are basically are min egg fritatta's - there are plenty of recipes out there just google Paleo Egg Muffins and you should get plenty of ideas)

Carrot sticks, celery sticks, or slices of red pepper


some homemade mayo in a container for dipping your veggies in

Slices of roast
