Starting Whole30 on Monday May 11

I'm 26, 5'3 and 209 lbs. I've tried everything to lose weight and feel healthy, I've taken countless tests for my thyroid and other areas and according to the doctors I'm healthy just need to lose weight. However, no matter what I've done in the past, losing weight has been difficult and having the strength and energy to exercise is non existent. So I'm hoping this helps!!!


I'm excited to start this journey, I know it won't be easy but it'll essentially be worth it!!

I'm starting on May 11th too!  I'm 35, Have 3 amazing kids (had a baby 8 months ago).  I'm 5'7 and weigh 240 lbs. I'm excited for this... Looking for weightloss obviously, but also just overall health...  the things i'm nervous about are mostly coffee with no milk and also no diet soda or sugar subtitutes... ugh. 


Stocked my kitchen with tons of veggies, now I just need to buy the fresh meat and stock up on some additional spices and stuff. 

Planning on prepping and cooking on Sunday.


I'm nervous, excited and dreading it all at the same time.


Would love to help motivate and check in with eat other so we can stay on track!
