However, you can test these in your own experiment and see what bothers you and what doesn't. If dairy gives you migraines and a skin rash then it is not good for you. If legumes don't give you any reaction then they would probably be less bad for you than dairy. On a personal note I would never, ever recommend that anyone eat soy. Ever. I can't eat any of these things because they all cause unwanted reactions from skin to mood to migraines to digestive upset. That said, I am willing to give ice cream a green light from time to time because for me the outcome is worth it in certain situations. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
