Food textures - missing the crunch

Hello :)

I know there are crunchy fruit and veg, but what are ideas if you miss the crunch of a pizza crust, cracker... is this an unhealthy food response? I have been off bread and wheat and gluten for a while now (near to a year) and lately grains, and I have noticed that it is often just the texture I am missing, the variety of having a pasta dish, a pizza... is that the reason why there are so many paleo-fied junk food ideas? I crave a pasta dish probably once a months and less with the pizza, and trhey were my quick meals after long days at work...

If there is no alternatives for the Whole 30 that is fine, I was just wondering. The cravings yesterday wore me down and I am back to Day 0...

You can throw a handful of macadamia nuts into a stir-fry with veggies and meat. You can "bread" a fish fillet with almond flour and pan fry it until crispy. You can make noodles out of zucchini that looks and feels like pasta.

I like topping cucumber slices with crunchy tuna salad.

Make tuna how you normally like it (mayo, salt, pepper) but I also like to add dehydrated onion flakes,a 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, and chopped up carrots, and celery and scoop about a tablespoon on a cucumber slice.

It's crunchy, compliant and delicious.
