ghennessy
Hi! So every morning in the summer I have swim practice at 6:30 AM and I am just not hungry enough at 6 AM to eat a sufficient meal 1/breakfast, nor do I have the time. What is recommended that I eat before?? I will be eating a real meal after if that's okay, or is there something else I should do? Ahhhh thank you! jmcbn
If it's going to be more than an hour after wakening before you eat meal one then it would probably be recommended that you take a preWO meal of fats & protein - something as little as a hard boiled egg, or a bulletproof coffee. This is to keep with the idea of eating within in one hour of wakening which helps to get your hormones back in check. Then you eat eat meal one after your swim... Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 10, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 10, 2015 It would be ideal to eat a boiled egg before practice, but if you eat immediately afterwards, you would be close enough to on track that I would not worry about it.
