Background on me: I've been avoiding doing Whole30 for about a year making up every excuse you could imagine for why I shouldn't do it. (I work out a lot, so I've been convincing myself I NEED that protein shake.) I'm ready to embrace the discomfort and start a lifestyle of eating more consciously! I feel your pain in the lack of protein shakes, although a load of chicken and butternut squash after the gym doesn't sound like the worst thing in the world! Good luck with your challenge! Was hungry a few hours after breakfast and just ate lunch. We will see. Not having coffee is very challenging, guess I never realized how much I drank every day. Am really feeling sluggish.
