Administrators ladyshanny Posted May 11, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 11, 2015 I have not had good success in freezing either cooked or raw cauliflower, I find that it gets very watery once thawed. It lasts in the fridge for at least a couple of days and with our 1-3 cup veggie recommendation, you should be able to get through most of it? Trying to get a jump on cooking for the next few days since I'll be stupid busy at work and will have little time to cook once I get home! Thanks!
