wholeCJ Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 Breakfast - 2 Salmon Sweet Potato Cakes, mayo, blackberries Lunch - Cerviche with avocado (went to Mexican restaurant and took home leftovers), tangerine Dinner - Chicken thighs, cauliflower mash with Ghee, salad and leftover ceviche Drank thermos full of tea, lots of water, soda water at restaurant. Yesterday cooking day: Baked Chicken thighs, Chocolate Chili with chopped spinach, Spaghetti Squash, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Salmon Cakes, Lara Bars (Dates, cherries, and walnuts). Hopefully, I'm set for the week! Feeling good, skin clearing up, no joint pain, but the best is my lower blood pressure! Still tired when I come home from a long day of work, so napping for 20 minutes. I'd like to eliminate the nap because it keeps me up to late at night.
