mrbres Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 I am on Day 2 of 30. Later this week I have a series of three overnight shifts. Normally I get very hungry about 3 or 4 am and need to snack. I am wondering if others deal with this challenge and how they plan. I would try to eat light during the day and then bring a normal lunch/dinner with me. Suggestions? Experience?
