Well day 1 was breakie of mini quiche with courgette spring onion and red peppers in x lunch was chicken drumsticks done in slow cooker with my own flavours with brocolli cucumber red pepper x dinner is in the oven turkey steak wraps withspinach an mushroom in the middle that has been fried in ghee with asparagus x I have had some crazy thoughts today mainly about how I'm gonna cope with out alcohol x and why am idoing this x but first day nerves I think x I know I can do this x

Day two begins and i was starving last night by about 8 o clock and had to have an apple and a spoon of coconut oil before bed at 930 x got up at 5 with the little one and had breakie of two boiled eggs cucumber tomatos mushrooms fried in coconut oil and a raw carrot x need to fill up more today and stay focused as I'm sure my none alcohol crash is gonna hit me the next few days as it was the only bad thing left for me to get rid of just typical it will wait till wed when I'm back at work for 3 days

End of day two foodie x smoked mackrel green beans brocolli and mushroomsfried in ghee x then beef kebab with onion mushroom corgettes red peppers and tomatos x with sweet potato fritters x defo filled up today x just getting sick of drinking water today but over all feel ok x did some yoga this morning too first time in a long time x work tomorrow so will be omlette with spinach for breakfast x chicken leg in in the slow cooker for dinner tomorrow with raw carrots abd cucumber for my packed lunch and an apple for a snack might make burgers for tea tomorrow with aspagus and green beans ? Who knows x fancied a chicken broth but having chicken at work so may wait till the day after as got some lovely fresh leeksx
