barcq
I am going to start reintroduction tomorrow. I am starting with legumes and thought I'd have peanut butter in the morning, tofu and broccoli at lunch, and chicken and black beans with carrots and hummus for dinner. But then I was thinking - TOFU - this is considered legume? I know it is soybean, which is legume, but I always thought of soy as being in another possibly bad food group, separate from legume. Does anyone know if this is a good day of eating for reintroducing legumes? Should I skip the tofu?
missmary
although soy is technically a legume, enough people have reactions to soy who do not react to legumes generally that I think it is worthwhile to do a separate test.
Monroemi
Anyone else reintroducing legumes notice bad mood and fatigue. I had peanut butter and kidney beans. And am back to being tired and cranky. Guess I won't be eating these again.
