staceyhart
I have been on whole30 for 15 days and no results I am frustrated I thought I have been following the book exact. Then I realized I have been drinking Don Franciscos Hawaiian Hazelnut coffee ingredients say coffee and or artificial flavor. Does this mean I need to start all over for the health benefits of whole
Guest Andria
Consuming a product with artificial flavoring is not grounds for restart, but considering artificial flavoring is produced in a lab and not from whole, real food you would be better served finding a different coffee. It is not likely the reason you are not seeing the results you expected. You could post 2-3 days worth of meals, water intake, sleep, activity so that we could offer some advice and tweaks if needed. Also, just to point out you are doing a Whole30 and not a Whole15. You are only half way through the program and definitely need to give things more time. Some people have found results in the third week and some have even had to go beyond the 30 days to get the results they wanted. http://whole30.com/2014/01/whole30-tough-love/
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted May 13, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 13, 2015 You definitely want to avoid all artificial flavors going forward. People who work in factories that produce this stuff have been hospitalized. It is bad stuff!
