christarobbins
I'm committing to starting my Whole30 program on June 1. I've been preparing for about a week now. The pantry/fridge is cleaned out, I'm reading "It Start With Food," and I've got my husband to (sort of) try it with me! Any and all advice is welcome - I'm nervous about accidentally "cheating." Administrators ladyshanny Posted May 14, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 14, 2015 No such thing as accidental cheating. There's making a mistake which could be an accident based on not knowing/understanding all the nuances or misreading a label. And then there's purposely eating foods that are not on the plan. Don't foist personal responsibility off as an accident. Check out the links in my signature below and familiarize yourself with them.
