Day 4 of Round 2 and doing great!

I finished my first round at the end of Feb, and just started my second on Monday. So far no headaches, no cravings, nothing... I'm actually feeling fantastic.


For me at least, its much easier than last time. My main goal with the second round is to make this style of eating second nature. The three good sized meals and no snacking really helps me perform at my best.


The one thing I've realised is that I wasn't eating enough veggies before.


Onwards and upwards. I've got a couple of buddies this time round, and we're all supporting each other.
