Sunday is Day 0 of my first Whole30!

And I'm totally frexcited.

I've been planning and prepping for the past fee days and I wish I was starting today! But I'm so not ready. I have all the foods to buy and all the lists to make.

Right now, I'm making lists of foods I can/can't have to hang in my kitchen, making a meal plan for the first fews day and I'm going to try my hand at a calendar to check off each day.

The hardest thing for me will be alcohol. I'm 25, I work in a bar and pretty much all my friends are bartenders as well. You do the math.

Any first day advice is welcome!!
