Reintroduction now?

Yesterday was my day 30. I plan to continue. I don't really feel any need to reintroduce anything rght now, EXCEPT we are going to Europe for 3 weeks in July. My thought right now is to do the reintroduction process, take note of any good or bad reactions, then continue with Whole30. My reasoning is that I will know ahead of time what will cause me problems in Europe. I don't plan to religiously follow Whole30 while on vacation, but I also don't plan to go hog-wild. I just don't want to take a chance of eating something that will make me uncomfortable while travelling.

I have a friend who travels a lot. She can't eat grains without pain in the US, but she eats some in other countries with little or no trouble. Apparently, the varieties common in the US are more problematic than the varieties she encounters in other parts of the world.
