Hi. This is my first whole30 and I am a bit nervous. I am using the nezt couple of weeks to plan my meals out and do some prep ahead of time.

One of the things I am trying to figure out is the pre and post workout meals. I typically workout in the am before work and sometimes after work as well. I never eat before my workouts in the morning because eating usually makes me nauseated while working out. So I am not sure how to deal with that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try eating a tiny amount before working out. A few nuts, a boiled egg, half of a boiled egg. Experiment to see what you might tolerate. If you can't eat anything, then don't eating anything.

I typically eat a can of tuna packed in water as my post-workout food. I don't bother with carbs after a workout, but I am a special snowflake who gets away with such behavior. My favorite otherwise is a cold sweet potato.
