JulieP757
Hi everyone! I am on Day 17 of my 3rd WF30. I did my first one in spring of 2013 and then again after the holidays in January 2014. Prior to this WF 30, I had been eating LCHF but had begun experiencing some gastrointestinal distress and decided to try to figure out what is causing the issues. After my first WF30, I discovered I am gluten sensitive and cannot eat aged cheese of any kind. Other dairy - greek yogurt, heavy cream, sour cream, butter and cream cheese were fine. This time I suspect the issues are being caused by artificial sweeteners and/or non-cheese dairy. I'm already feeling fantastic - my issues are 99% gone. I guess I'll test a few items when I'm done to identify the culprit - or maybe I'll just keep on eating this way. Food tastes so good with nothing artificial added
fancyhouser
Awesome! I'm halfway through my first whole30 and am curious/terrified to see what I will find out during reintroduction. So far I've noticed a reduction I endometriosis related pain. Just curious what symptoms you noticed when reintroducing to let you know certain foods were a no for you? JulieP757
Cheese caused almost immediate swelling in my lower abdomen followed by diarrhea the next day. Gluten didn't cause an immediate reaction - other than sitting like a rock in my stomach, but the next day or two, I had diarrhea. Good luck on your first WF30!
