Caley Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 I have IBS and have been taking 100% organic psyllium husk fiber(powdered form) to help control it. I mainly have trouble when eating alot of raw veggies. I started the whole 30 this morning so I skipped my usual morning dose but my stomach is already bothering me. Robin Strathdee Posted September 4, 2012 Share Posted September 4, 2012 I can't see a reason why you couldn't, but I would suggest seeing how your body adjusts.
