mike720201 Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 My first two weeks come with two birthdays, couple of BBQ's, and lots of bad food. It was difficult to pass on that delicious food, soda and alcohol. But I did it! The rewards are many, my wife said she noticed I have more anergy, I look more exited to do all kind of family activities. I don't miss creamer and stevia on my coffee anymore, and unlike before I started the program, I am now very exited to go to the GYM and workout.
