Day 27 - still having GI issues

Well I am on Day 27 of a great experience - even with the frequent bathroom issues.  However, I guess I thought it would have subsided by now (which is why I did not write sooner).  I have had the same breakfast (with variations on the veggies) the entire time - eggs scrambled with sauted squash, red pepper, tomato, mushrooms, and or spinach.  I thought for a moment it was the spinach and so I stopped that a few days with no change.  Then I gave up the mushrooms a few days.  So I am wondering if anyone has any other thoughts.  I am also wondering if the fact that I have no gall bladder might be impacting me in any way?  I have the issues most often after eating breakfast. 

 

Other than that - I can't wait for Friday!
