Rshepherd1 Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 Starting my second whole 30 after injuring myself in crossfit. I have fallen off the wagon and want to get back on track and feel healthy !!! Cannot wait to start the journey. Have encouraged my husband and parents to do this and they have signed up and committed to 30 days. I also am writing this with a glass of wine in hand. Kboom Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 I am starting my second Whole30 tomorrow as well! I completed my first on the beginning of February and have noticed the "slide". I'm starting to not feel so great and need to reign my sugar dragon back. I'm looking forward to feeling awesome! (although I'm not looking forward to the next few days sugar hangover... ).
