Fruit, glorious fruit!

Are any fruits forbidden fruit  during the program? For instance, honeydew or cantaloupe, berries? They taste so sweet I feel like I'm sticking my fingers in the sugar bowl? I have been looking for the answer but haven't seen any warnings about any particular fruit.

For dried fruit, you need to check the ingredients list for off-plan items like sugar or sweeteners.

Otherwise, fruit is optional on a Whole30. If you're going to have it, the recommended serving size is a fist-sized amount of fresh fruit, and no more than 1-2 servings a day. Have it with a meal vs. on its own as a snack,
