Tonya's 1st June Whole30 Start

I have non-alcoholic fatty liver.


Been paleo-ish since mid Feb & have noticed amazing changes.

* no bloating

* sleep better

* no 3pm-itis

* less/no mood swings

* bonus 7kg weight loss


I am however, aware of things that still need tweeking.... like coffee, I drink it black without sugar - always have but I no longer enjoy it, it's just a friggin habit, its what "we do" at 10am & 3pm IT NEEDS TO GO.


and lately, I've had a couple of sugar binges.... 



I need to reset.
