Jacs Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Hi all. I've had a long journey of allergies and ill health that I have slowly healed using paleo principles and a functional health doctor. But none of the healing could completely rid me of bloating, mild (but frustrating) remnants of IBS, and major weight problems. I've been really hesitant about committing to this as it removes even more foods than those I already don't/can't eat, but I need to know if I still have diet induced problems. So here I am, being all grown up about it . My whole 30 involves very few eggs, fodmaps, nightshades, and caffeine. I can sneak some of it in if I have digestive enzymes, but having those regularly leads to an IBS flare. I'm a work in progress - what more can I say?? Sounds like you already are pretty disciplined about what you eat, so that will help you through the next 30 days. Sounds like you'll benefit from some careful controlled reintroductions when it's time. Good luck, I hope the W30 allows you to figure out what's causing your remaining issues!
