staci_ny Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 My husband and I started on May 11 - I can't believe today is Day 10! I'm loving it - I was great the first week, no side effects but then woke up on Day 18 with a killer headache that lasted most of the day and I guess I'm attributing it to the withdrawl from sugar, etc although I'm not 100% sure of that. Could just be a "regular" headache. I've been great since then though. My husband is doing it with me and we've been making lots of fun recipes, trying new foods and doing a big "cook up" on Sundays. He said last night while we were eating grilled chicken thighs with Well Feds "Sunshine Sauce" (omg ridiculously delicious) that he feels like we're eating an exotic meal every other night. LOL. We had a Moroccan Chicken recipe over the weekend with cauli rice (first time making that and while I ususally LOVE anything subbed with cauli, I didn't love this - I'll try it again though making it into fried rice or something.
