Schnauzy
I just bought a food processor (not cheap!) and was wondering what I can use it for..definitely cauliflower ricing but what else? What are your top 3 favorite uses of it or what do you always use it for?
GFChris
Use the shredder blade to shred sweet potatoes (to use as a 'crust' for a fritatta) or rutabaga (to make a breakfast casserole or hash).Use to make the pesto in this Artichoke Lemon Chicken "Pasta" dish. Use any time I need something finely chopped

Savoy, green, purple, chinese....I use coconut vinegar, homemade mayo with different flavors every time, pomegranates, or berries to balance out the vinegar. SpinSpin
Oh Cuisinart how do I love thee? Let me count the ways....... Mayo, chopping/shredding large amounts of veggies--I believe it is paleo parents or everyday paleo has a recipe for garden meatballs that has a whole bunch of veg in it--carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, onions, zucchini--you name it practically--and they are so good--grinding/mincing meat, large batches of dressings (southwestern ranch for one), veggie hummus, cauliflower mash, shredding cabbage/carrots for slaw, mincing garlic, onions, mushrooms, I love mine. shortystylee
I've only got one of the mini food processors (3 cups?) and I use it all the time to chop up cauli rice, chop onions so I'm not a crying mess, and to make pesto.

Noelle
Go-tos are mayo and shredding a boatload of veggies for salads, slaw, frittatas, and so on. Occasionally, I'll make coconut butter. My newest favorite thing is pulsing canned salmon with bones included for salmon cakes. Aww yeah, dairy-free calcium!
