LNH Posted May 23, 2015 Share Posted May 23, 2015 Hi! Hoping for a little feedback... I'm on day 19, and around day 15 I started noticing that my mid to lower back is aching. Sometimes just my left side, sometimes both sides. My kidneys perhaps? It is unusual and has caught me off guard. Can this be a symptom of the healing process? Or could this be something completely unrelated that I should get checked out? Of course, if I go to the doctor, I'll have to get on a scale! Thanks in advance for any input... Link to comment
