patanello Posted May 26, 2015 Share Posted May 26, 2015 Hello all: I am new to the forum and will be starting my Whole30 tomorrow! I have downloaded the Whole30 Shopping List. I was wondering if there is also a link to a list of compliant BRANDS of food? I am specifically searching for a commercial and compliant brand of coconut milk. I have Goya in my pantry right now but not sure if that brand is recommended. But a list of all compliant brands of staples would be super useful. Whole30 is also about taking responsibility for your own health and learning about what you're putting into your body.
