Hi Everyone,


Have decided to join the Whole 30 and try this way of eating and living.

I am overweight and have struggled to lose weight for many years. I have slowly changed my eating, became gluten and dairy free about 6 months ago and grain free for past 2 weeks.

I have tried many different ways of eating but never successfully lost weight even though I exercise on a regular basis. Nothing medically wrong with me. 

I need to conquer the sugar monster that seems to grow inside me.

Starting this plan on Sunday 1st June......trying to get my 16 yr old daughter on board with me.
