I use coconut oil for my oil pulling- traditionally sesame or sunflower oils are used, but it's coconut that I have on hand, so that's what I use. My dentist was literally amazed at the difference it has made in my dental health since I started (maybe five months ago?) and wanted more info, even though this might put him out of business!
