Day 24


M1: 3 eggs + broccoli, onion, cabbage, red pepper + 1/2 avocado 


M2: tuna salad salad with spring greens, spinach, kale, cabbage, nectarine,  herb vinaigrette + 1/2 sweet potato with coconut oil 


M3: zoodles with shrimp and pine nuts


 

Day of cycle: 27

Back pain: medium

Wrist pain: no

Headache: no

Dizziness: dizziness at work, not as bad as last two days

BM: yes

Water Intake: medium

Exercise: no

Meditation: no

Sleep: 7:30

 

My boyfriend gets back tonight and I'm quite happy about that. 

 

I think about this time in my first Whole30 I was freaking out about reintroductions and worried about riding my own bike. This time I'm looking forward to the end. I want beer, cheese and almond flour pancakes.  :P

Day 25


M1: Omelette with spinach, tomatoes and green chile + 3 bacon + coffee


M2: burger with 1/4 avocado, mayo, mustard + salad with spring greens, spinach, kale, cabbage, red wine vinaigrette + 1/4 sweet potato with coconut oil 


snack: lara bar


M3: zoodles with turkey tomato sauce


 

Day of cycle: 28

Back pain: medium

Wrist pain: mild

Headache: no

Dizziness: lightheaded a few times when I got up, but not the pervasive I feel like crap dizzy thing

BM: no

Water Intake: medium 

Exercise: no

Meditation: no

Sleep: 6:30 - home late from a baseball game then got up early to go for a bike ride.

Day 26


M1: 4 eggs


PWO: 2 evo hemp bars - wasn't prepared. ravenous after bike ride. 


M2: 2 lamb chops + salad with spring greens, spinach, kale, cabbage, tomato, 1/2 avocado, red wine vinaigrette 


snack: banana with almond butter


M3: steak and green beans


 

Day of cycle: 1

Back pain: mild. it feels better after biking

Wrist pain: mild

Headache: no

Dizziness: lightheaded after bike ride. I feel good today otherwise.

BM: yes

Water Intake: medium 

Exercise: 17 mile bike ride

Meditation: no

Day 27

M2: carnitas on a bed of spinach with pesto


M3: pork roast with 1/2 baked potato


 

Day of cycle: 2

Back pain: mild to medium 

Wrist pain: no

Headache: no

Dizziness: during weightlifting

BM: no

Water Intake: low

Exercise: weightlifting at gym

Meditation: yes, finally

Day 28


M1: tuna salad with tomatoes and avocado over kale + banana


M2: carnitas on a bed of spinach with pesto + 2 apricots


M3: blackened tilapia with brussel sprouts + nectrarine


 

Day of cycle: 3

Back pain: medium

Wrist pain: no

Headache: no

Dizziness: no

BM: yes

Water Intake: medium

Exercise: no

Meditation: no

Sleep: 7:00 woke up at 5 couldn't get back to sleep

 

I completely forgot about tiger blood. I haven't had it at all this round.

 

I'm coming to the conclusion that the dizziness is not food related (duh). It could be hormone related (duh) because I went off the pill when I started my first Whole30 so my body is experiencing a flood of hormones it's not used to. There are two flavors of dizziness though. One is the all day, pervasive, lightheadedness accompanied by just generally feeling crappy. The other is the temporary dizziness due to exercising. It's still a work in progress.

Day 29

M2: chicken breast, spinach, tomato, 2 apricots, drizzle of OO + 1/2 sweet potato with coconut oil 

M3: pork roast with 1/2 baked potato + nectarine

Back pain: medium
Wrist pain: no
Headache: no
Dizziness: no
BM: yes
Water Intake: medium
Exercise: no, was very tired
Meditation: no
Sleep: 6:30 - woke up a 4:30. Ugh.

Day 30


M1: 3 eggs with spinach and red pepper in coconut oil


M2: chicken breast, salad, red wine vinaigrette. I forgot my sweet potato.


M3: sloppy joes

My stomach hurts, which never happens to me. I'm tired because I haven't slept well the last few nights. I'm cranky (see sleep). No tiger blood. No improvement in back pain. My first Whole30 was amazing. This one...not so much. I'm underwhelmed. :angry: I don't even feel proud of myself for finishing it. In fact, I feel somewhat annoyed with myself that I feel underwhelmed and cranky. There are good things. I didn't gain weight this month (I weighed myself this morning and I'm up .4 from the end of my first Whole30). My wrist pain seems to be gone.
