I had planned to continue going after my 30 days, however, I fell off the Whole30 wagon pretty hard...I let a very bad roof replacement situation get the better of me However, I take full responsibility for what I have done (eaten) and how I am currently feeling (soooo gross!!!!!).....I am climbing back up onto that wagon tomorrow.
