Gotgoodkarma
I have some string beans and not sure what to do with them. I was think I could dehydrate them for something crunchy. Any ideas? Recipes?
GFChris
http://www.thepaleomom.com/2013/12/simple-roasted-green-beans.htmlI parboil mine, then saute them in a pan with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and if I have it in the house, coconut aminos. CaGirl
I skip the parboil part and sauté them up with garlic and red onion.. Try them dehydrated then report back.. and if you need a good crunch.. JIcama is da bomb..
