Jay and Stella start 5/31!

My husband and I started the program today! We've cleaned out the cupboards (to an extent, our 2 year old is still allowed sone of the "forbidden" foods).

We ate pretty clean already, but I expect giving up breads and pasta to be my toughest challenge. I know we can do this, though, and am so excited!

I start full time work this week. Anyone have suggestions or favorite make ahead meals? I want to do as much cooking today so I'm not scrambling or tempted during the week.
