cheekyr300 Posted June 1, 2015 Share Posted June 1, 2015 Finished my first Whole 30 today...weigh-in tomorrow! Am feeling so good, more energy, sleeping like a baby! I've heard that it takes about 66 days to break a bad habit. Food is my drug of choice...BAD habit! So I'm starting all over on another Whole30 on Wed. Why Wed? Well, on day one I messed up and ate bacon, not knowing the no-nos that were in it! Didn't discover that until about a week later.
