Finished my first Whole30...starting my second!

Finished my first Whole 30 today...weigh-in tomorrow! Am feeling so good, more energy, sleeping like a baby! I've heard that it takes about 66 days to break a bad habit. Food is my drug of choice...BAD habit! So I'm starting all over on another Whole30 on Wed.

 

Why Wed? Well, on day one I messed up and ate bacon, not knowing the no-nos that were in it! Didn't discover that until about a week later. Didn't want to start over at that point, so I'm just adding another day at the end.
