Day 1:

Breakfast--2 egg and ground pork and assorted vegetables frittatas with homemade ketchup, handful of blueberries, cup of tea.

 

Lunch: Cobb salad at local restaurant---no bacon, no cheese, with oil and vinegar dressing. 

 

Dinner: Roasted chicken w/ red potato, green beans, carrots, possibly a radish or two if the garden is cooperating.
