vegasnine Posted June 2, 2015 Share Posted June 2, 2015 I will be starting on June 7th.For now I'm finishing up the book (It Starts with Food) and starting to plan my groceries and meals. I posted in the meal planning section for some staples and ideas for quick meals and prep. I'm nervous but excited all at the same time. I want to do well and I'm committed to doing this "experiment" to see how my diet is affecting my overall health. Looking forward to getting to know you and learning from others. scooke924 Posted June 3, 2015 Share Posted June 3, 2015 Hi- I'm a newbie too! I started yesterday and felt overwhelm all day thinking about food and making sure I didn't mindlessly eat something. Today was already easier for me because I feel prepared. Sounds like you're prepared too! Last night I put together a quick meal and it was delicious! I found a jar of marinara sauce (at Wegmans) so I browned some ground beef and mushrooms and then added 2 handfuls of spinach. So easy and it was really good!
