Esther71 Posted June 4, 2015 Author Share Posted June 4, 2015 Day 2 Spring onion & spinach scrambled eggs with half an avocado Walked to/from gym, pilates class Smoked mackerel salad & homemade Mayo, wedge of melon Chicken breast stuffed with spinach & sundried tomatoes & butternut squash "fries", half an apple (other half was for a recipe) strawberries Enjoying the food but I don't think I've got the mindful eating thing yet, pretty much bolted my dinner down. Esther71 Posted June 6, 2015 Author Share Posted June 6, 2015 Day 4 Scrambled eggs, mushrooms & half an avocado Pilates Chicken liver mousse, couple of celery sticks, sugar snap peas, olives Apple & nuts Beef burger in portobello mushroom bun, grilled red & yellow peppers & roasted butternut squash wedges & Mayo Hot water with lemon, coffee with almond milk, couple of herbal teas 1l water Small, quick lunch as we were going out. Chicken cacciatore, steamed spring greens and baby new potatoes. Hot water with lemon, coffee with almond milk, several herbal teas, 1l water, almond milk latte.
