Tracy R. 80
If this is what I have to look forward to with the other recipes in this book, I am one happy girl! This dish was so tasty and to top that off, it was so simple to prepare. We ate all the veggies out of it last night, so tonight I'm making lettuce wraps out of the meat. curlyj88 27
I made this too earlier this week. Amazing huh?!?! Eating like this, I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything!!
gs05 6
I agree! The recipe was so simple, I didn't have high hopes but WOW it was good. The leftovers were even better!
Tracy R. 80
I agree about the leftovers. I'm going to stuff the leftovers into zucchini boats next time and bake them. My family doesn't like leftovers really, so I try to do something different with them so they don't think of them as leftover.
Susan W 3553
Super good. I like the Morning Mix too. I served it on spaghetti squash and spinach and threw a poached egg on top. Heaven.
saguaromom 0
I can't see the recipe or where to click a link. Any suggestions? Thanks
Mich 65
Okay, i read this recipe last night. Now I'm putting it on the list for dinners next week. Saguaromom, the recipe is in the book, It Starts with Food. It is one of the first tables in when you get to the meal map section.
