Shriveled fingertips, memory loss, brain fog

Recommended Posts

I'm on day 17 of W30. About 3 days ago I noticed my fingertips are looking really shriveled and they are very dry. I am also struggling with being able to focus and remembering things. I forgot my debit card PIN that I've been using for 2 years while I was checking out at the store. It was extremely embarrassing. I've never had shriveled fingertips. I'm sure it must be related to doing the W30. Just not sure why. Maybe I am missing a nutrient or something? Wondering if anyone has experience anything similar. Thanks!

You have to tell us at least 2 days of what you have been eating for us to provide meaningful feedback about the possibility of your problems being food related.

Shriveled fingers is a new one for me. My first thought is not drinking enough water or not consuming enough fat, but I've never heard of shriveled fingers from anything except soaking in a bathtub too long. :)

Brain fog might be related to not eating enough starchy carbs. Most people feel and perform better when they eat potatoes, parsnips, rutabagas, plantains, winter squash every day.
