[email protected]
I'm on day 17 of W30. About 3 days ago I noticed my fingertips are looking really shriveled and they are very dry. I am also struggling with being able to focus and remembering things. I forgot my debit card PIN that I've been using for 2 years while I was checking out at the store. It was extremely embarrassing. I've never had shriveled fingertips. I'm sure it must be related to doing the W30. Just not sure why. Maybe I am missing a nutrient or something? Wondering if anyone has experience anything similar. Thanks!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 5, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 5, 2015 You have to tell us at least 2 days of what you have been eating for us to provide meaningful feedback about the possibility of your problems being food related. Shriveled fingers is a new one for me. My first thought is not drinking enough water or not consuming enough fat, but I've never heard of shriveled fingers from anything except soaking in a bathtub too long. Brain fog might be related to not eating enough starchy carbs. Most people feel and perform better when they eat potatoes, parsnips, rutabagas, plantains, winter squash every day. Brewer5
Fat. You most likely need more FAT. Please post some days for us to evaluate.
