amcummins Posted June 6, 2015 Share Posted June 6, 2015 Hello, Whole 30 community! I'll be starting my first Whole 30 this Monday, June 8th. After years of issues with dairy, bloating, chronic headaches and fatigue, I am so excited to pin point the healthiest, best foods for my body and to take control of my food choices. While I typically do stick to healthy food options, I'll definitely be missing my bread, cheese and wine this month! The 4th of July might be the hardest time of my Whole 30 journey, so I'll definitely be back to the forum for tips and support for getting through a holiday without slipping up!
