wholemango
so I'm on day 18 - this isn't usually the kill all things day but I think it's a productive use of my time to share this: I was frustrated that I left the kitchen a mess last night, drank coffee and headed out for a morning run where my hip was irritated but I was feeling more angry about that so I just tried to pick up the pace and realized that was a dumb idea. I was blissfully happy running yesterday afternoon, even with a headache. Then I returned home and ditched the "go to yoga" plan to stretch. I swear all the cars on the road were about to hit me. I have started cleaning and doing stuff around the house. And these are my other "kill everything" thoughts: 1. My cleaning supplies aren't good enough 2. Everything seems dirty 3. I need new toilet bowl scrubber brushes 4. I do not want to wear a bra 5. Good thing my husband just left to go do something...probably no one should be around me 6. ARGH why isn't it going to be hot and sunny and I can go to the beach comfortably?! Where is the hot humid weather?
Guest Andria
Aw, I'm sorry your going through this. I hope you don't mind that I found some humor in your post ('I don't want to wear a bra"). Only because I have had those days before and shared some of your same sentiments. I would say I have more of those days when I would off road with crap food (i.e., sugar is my drug of choice). Not sure why you are having these feelings at day 18. Did you already experience the Kill All the Things phase on days 4-5? Maybe it something independent of the Whole30? Sleep, stress, lack of hydration, your cycle? If you are posting to vent, we hear you and empathize with you! If you want some input, though, you could post a few days worth of meals/sleep/water intake/exercise. I'm sure this phase will pass

I'm sure this phase will pass I was posting to vent/share the humorous side of it. I never got the Kill all things feeling earlier. I've been posting on another thread, but when I started to think about how ridiculous I feel I had to post for humor. Now that I think of it...it could also be due to the crappy weather we had all week and feeling stuck up inside.
