Franny
I am allergic to eggs. I usually have steel cut oats for breakfast but oatmeal is not allowed I believe. What are you having for breakfast when you are not having eggs?
Guest Andria
Hi, you have many options for breakfast even if you do not eat eggs. Reframing you idea of breakfast opens up your options. Don't think of meal 1 any different than meals 2 and 3. This has been asked multiple times on the forum. The best way to do a forum search is to use Google. Enter Whole30 forum + topic of choice (i.e., eggless breakfast ideas)
Physibeth
There are quite literally dozens of discussions on this topic. The best way to search the forum is from google using Whole30 and what you want to search. The short answer is to stop thinking of it as breakfast and think of it as meal 1. You can eat ANYTHING for your first meal.
