freckled_blonde_80
I'd like to start off by saying that I came into this with a paleo mindset, having done the paleo approach for almost 3 years. I did not only lose a significant amount of weight, but I became more mindful of what I was eating, and became more atuned to how different foods affected my body and overall health. However. I find that I still do have some issues with food, such as I still have somewhat of a sweet-tooth, and most annoyingly, I have a bad habit of eating supremely well for the first two meals of the day, but on days where I don't hit the gym, I'll come home and eat just absolute garbage. Tons of rice pasta, a paleo "treat" or even just a gluten free sweet- and then the guilt comes in and the inevitable weight gain. I want to nip that in the bud now. I read an article yesterday about Chris Pratt and how he decided that "I'm not going to be fat again"- it stuck in my mind. Now granted, I'm not fat. I'm not even over-weight. I'm just...less than pleased with the lack of tone and level of fitness I once had- I want that back, badly. I need your help! Who will help motivate me through my first Whole 30? I am excited to break my old habits once and for all!
