SMILLER
I bought a ham from Costco before I started W30, froze half and used the other half for lunch meat, breakfast ingredients, etc. I've still been using it occasionally but someone told me it's not on plan. I can't find the ingredient list online and the original package I bought has long since been thrown out. I never used the glaze, just the ham. So I'm wondering if I screwed up big time and need to start over. Anyone know? HELP!
SpinSpin
It is something you may want to consider, since American hams are cured with sugar, and I am sure that Costco's ham is no exception.
AmyS
Ham without sugar is as mythological as unicorns.
