LyssaDragoo
Based on allergen info at Qdoba it looks like it would be ok to have the pulled pork or shredded beef over lettuce with fajita peppers, salsa verde, pico and guacamole. Is this correct or is there other info that I am missing. Thanks in advance for help. I did search the other threads before posting this question I just want to be sure. missmary
their website isn't very helpful on ingredients, but a search for foods that are gluten, dairy, soy and wheat free did not include the shredded beef, so I would assume there is soy oil or something in the beef. The pork might be ok. Ask for a real ingredients list at the restaurant. note: this same search excluded fajita vegetables also, again, I suspect soy oil. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted June 7, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 7, 2015 The allergen document I'm looking at lists ingredients for a lot of dishes. The fajita vegetables have soybean oil so they'd be out. Most things seem to have sugar or maltodextrin or corn syrup solids, all of which would be out. Sorry, I'm on my phone and can't link it, but I googled qdoba ingredients and found the download -- it's a chart at the top and ingredients when you scroll down. missmary
here it is: https://www.qdoba.com/downloads/Qdoba_Allergen_Info.pdf Sorry, The only thing I see on this list that is ok is the guacamole. The pork has sugar.
LyssaDragoo
No worries : ) There is a TON of other food I can have for the next 30 days! And hopefully by the end of my W30 I won't be craving Qdoba so much!
SpinSpin
What about taking what you like about Qdoba and recreating it at home?
