No support. No money. Had to stop.

I definitely have some serious issues. I very deliberately sabotaged myself this weekend. Got my period sometime last week and my daughter got sick leading to several literally sleepless nights and major exhaustion and depression. I ran out of vegetables and the money to buy them. We are in a lot of debt as it is. So I had an ice popsicle. And then some plain old buttered toast. And then a chicken sandwich with regular mayo on the same plain bread. I am just too embarrassed to tell this to anyone but an online community who doesn't see me in person. It spiraled into there being a whole chocolate mousse cheesecake hiding in my purse and a gigantic headache quelled only with Tylenol and Nyquil for more uninterrupted sleep than I have gotten in a year. I don't know if I will ever have the ability to go a whole 30 days without all the things not permitted in the Whole 30. Good luck to you all.

Sorry you had a rough week of multiple challenges.

Perhaps it would help to prioritize? Focus on getting support around your depression, getting more nights of decent sleep, and doing what you can to chip away at your debt. If it's not in the cards for you do to a complete Whole30 at this point, make food choices that make you feel healthy more often than not.  The Whole30 will be here if and when you want to take it on again.

Hugs to you.
